PURCHASING PROCESS
We fully understand the concerns of customers ordering a puppy from afar, so if preferred, you can reserve a puppy with a deposit.
All payments are processed through PayPal or Western Union, both of which are secure payment methods known for protecting consumers.
Step 1: Puppy Reservation
To reserve a puppy, a 50% deposit of the total payment is required.
Please note that deposits are non-refundable if you cancel due to a change of mind.
Once your deposit is received, we will provide you with updates, photos, and health status reports.
Step 2: Balance Payment & Flight Scheduling
Once the flight schedule for the puppy is confirmed, the remaining 50% balance must be paid.
We will inform you of the shipping details, including the airline, tracking number, and estimated arrival time.
If the balance is not paid at least 7 days before departure, the order will be canceled, and it will be considered that you no longer intend to receive the puppy, meaning the deposit will not be refunded.
Step 3: Delivery Process
We ensure the safest and most comfortable travel for our puppies:
Puppies travel in a temperature-controlled environment to ensure their safety.
A veterinarian-certified health certificate will be provided prior to departure.
We offer real-time tracking and updates during transit.
