PURCHASING PROCESS
We fully understand the concerns of customers ordering a puppy from afar, so if preferred, you can reserve a puppy with a deposit.
All payments are processed through PayPal or Western Union, both of which are secure payment methods known for protecting consumers.
To reserve a puppy, a 50% deposit of the total payment is required. (Please note that deposits are non-refundable if you cancel due to a change of mind.)
Once the flight schedule for the puppy is confirmed, the remaining 50% balance must be paid.
If the balance is not paid at least 7 days before departure, the order will be canceled, and it will be considered that you no longer intend to receive the puppy, meaning the deposit will not be refunded.
